We booked at the very last minute but we were still accommodated with excellent customer service. The staff were very kind and helpful.
I recently visited the Philippines and had Corazon Travel & Tours handle the logistics and tours for the Puerto Princesa and El Nido portion of my trip. I am so glad I chose them! From the moment we arrived in Palawan, everything was perfectly coordinated. The transitions between Puerto Princesa and El Nido can sometimes be stressful, but they made it look easy. The tours were well-organized, and the local guides were great. The highlight of the experience was Trisha, our dedicated agent. She was incredibly attentive, staying in touch in real-time to ensure every transfer and tour went off without a hitch. Her professionalism and genuine care for our experience made us feel very well looked after. If you want a reliable agency that provides great value and personalized support in Palawan, look no further. Corazon Travel & Tours made this part of my 3-week journey truly unforgettable!
It was a great experience and the staff was friendly, including helping us on and off the boats, and taking awesome pictures!
Peter coordinated all of our transportations and tours from Puerto Princesa and El Nido. Peter from Corazon travel is very helpful, no glitches, pick ups are always on time and coordinated.
Great trip with friendly boat crew, amazing views, and a fantastic day overall. The food provided as part of the ticket for lunch was great, plenty to go round, and very tasty. My wife and I booked separately to our friends but they were very accommodating to put us on the same boat when we messaged them beforehand.
I organized all the A B C and D tours in El Nido thanks to their fantastic Agent who followed me already from Italy and continued to follow me to Palawan, everything went impeccably her name is Poll and I want to thank her in a special way because she is a special person.
Everything was perfectly organized by Trisha who was via WhatsApp with me! Guide on time and beautiful day go thank you
Very expensive private tour. Better the shared one is the same and costs a quarter. But it's not a question of price: the Tour is very poor, beaches close to the boarding point and Crowded. No possibility of snorkeling, not clean water
I am absolutely thrilled with the organization , Trisha was absolutely perfect! The Tour A is a highlight that you absolutely must experience ! The whole crew was absolutely professional and helpful and the eater was awesome ! I can only recommend it to anyone and would immediately book this tour again ! Thanks 🙏
Alvin, Lemuel, Alain, Emil, Josep and Carmela from El Nido Paradise were all kind, had a good working attitude and were always kind and always smiley. I didn't spend much time on one island because I visited several islands, but I enjoyed all of them. The highlight of the trip was exploring the secluded area in a canoe. Speaking of El Nido, please visit the uncharted land. I recommend it.
