We arrived at Sardine Jetty as instructed in plenty of time. There was little signage to indicate we were in the right place. We waited and waited along with lots of other excited tourists one one of them received a phone call to tell her the trip was cancelled due to engine failure! No one from the company arrived to pass on the bad news and no apology forthcoming for the disappointment. Whilst engine failure was unavoidable the lack of customer service wss not!
We saw many whales and one of them was saying hi to us with his fins flopping on the water! The weather was windy and cold but definitely worth it!
What an amazing way to see such beautiful whales in the wild. Even though we were told it was a quiet day for whale watching, we still seem a number of them and an amazing way to spend some time in WA.
An excellent trip - very professional staff and we were extremely lucky to see a small pod of humpbacks.
We really enjoyed the whale watching tour from Perth. The crew was friendly and very knowledgeable — they shared lots of interesting information about the whales and their migration. The sea was a bit rough on the day, but the staff made everyone feel safe and comfortable. We still managed to see several humpback whales up close, which was an amazing experience! Overall, a fun and educational trip that’s definitely worth doing.
Staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They were friendly to both adult and child passengers and were able to help anyone who may have been feeling sea sick.
We had a fantastic morning whale watching with this incredible company. From the moment we arrived we were called forward and taken on board to the Captains Lounge (which is definitely worth paying extra for). You are in the front with the Captain and have a great view. Within minutes of setting off we saw a couple of dolphins and very quickly a mother whale was spotted with her calf. We just drifted and let the baby investigate us and it was incredible how close they came to the boat. The company is a family business who really care for the wildlife and want to share their knowledge with you. There is no chasing the whales, they wait for the whales to come to them - it was incredible. The daughter, Gemma gave us a commentary, which was so interesting especially when we saw another pod with a mother and her calf being pursued by several male whales. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Thank you for amazing memories of our time in Australia.
I went with my Husband and adult brother. We had the best trip. Well organised from when we boarded till we disembarked. Great crew( friendly and knowledgeable). Clean boat. Fantastic 2 hours- we saw lots of whale. Wholly recommend- value for money. Just do it!
Just come back from our whale watching trip and would absolutely recommend this trip. Great modern comfortable ship, fantastic crew and the wonderful captain Albert. Talk about sea legs. He had four of them. The trip just kept getting better and better as we got more and more pods of whales Literally saw dozens of them. It got so good at the end, they extended the trip as we couldn't drag ourselves away. Do not leave Perth without this trip
We had a great afternoon. The crew were excellent and very knowledgeable. It was a choppy day and they were always on hand for those affected by sea sickness. There was a professional photographer on board and her photos re available to us free of charge - an added bonus. I would definitely recommend this trip.
