Pickup Locations & Times
First stop after deplane is at Migration, after you clear migration you will go to Luggage Claiming area, once you have your luggage you will proceed to go to Customs area, after you clear Customs, you need to exit the airport. After customs you will pass thru 2 rooms filled with sales persons who will try to stop you, please ignore them and just keep walking towards the exit door, once you clear this area, please exit the airport on you right hand side. Outside the building in front you, there is the parking lot area, with shades with numbers on it, please just look for shade #7 here you will find the airport representative waiting for you. Pick up from Hotel back to the airport will be schedule according to your hotel location and flight departure.

No bodyin the lines heard about economy so it took me 2 hrs till a sweet lady Maria with Grayline help me call and get them to acknowledge. Now I hope my post return to airport is better than pre.

Luis was fantastic. Perfect timing! He picked us up and whisked us off to our resort. Luis is knowledgeable about the area and gave us tips on restaurants. He also told us about things we were seeing on our ride!

It’s not worth the money you’re supposed to be saving. After arriving to the airport, I followed the instructions that were sent to me via the Viator app. I sent a message to the Contact via WhatsApp. I was then informed that I would have to wait 45 minutes for my shuttle.45 minutes turned into an hour. While I was waiting I saw several groups of people get picked up for their shuttle. i’m not sure if it’s because of where my hotel was located, but it shouldn’t have taken an hour wait to get picked up in a shuttle. I bought a round-trip ticket but I would rather spend more money to get a private shuttle back to the airport then wait on this unreliable transportation.
Kindest regard from Los Cabos, I'm not sure if you were stopped with sales persons inside the airport that are claiming belong to our company, maybe they were the ones giving you the wrong information? you flight landed on time a little before 4 pm, and at that time there is not too many people at the airport, it took you a little over an hour to exit airport, because at 17:02 hrs you sent a message to my whatsup number advising you were at number 7 as indicated, my only response to you 2 minutes after receiving your message was, "Hello, Im advising airport reps," never said anything about waiting time. Immediately I sent a message to airport representative and at 17:15 hrs I received a confirmation that airport staff was already with you and after that time driver arrived whitin the next 6-7 minutes. On your departure date on December 25th we were on time to provide you with the return service back to airport at 12:30 pm as confirmed.
The driver Alberto was very knowledgeable and made conversation during the ride! Even asked constantly if we were okay with the AC.

The transport was decent however two drivers in bay #6 turned us down before we found one to drive us to the resort.
Kindest regards from Los Cabos. we are sorry to hear that you arrival was not as smooth as desired, all our representatives are always located on shade number 7, when we send airport arrival instructions we always direct to number 7, I know it can be confusing and mostly on weekends that gets very crowded the airport, we sincerely hope that next time the experience will be better and you give us the opportunity to serve you again. If you want reliable transport DO NOT book this company. I’ve never experienced such horrible service or should I say lack there of. This company was recommended to book for airport transportation for a Cabo wedding I was attending with family and friends, I coordinated with a representative named Jaqueline Baleon weeks prior to our arrival in Cabo and booked and paid for a round trip service. I recieved no confirmation the day prior to our arrival so I took the time to email our representative and was told the initial contract was our confirmation (from WEEKS prior) and that our reservation was good to go and we will have transportation waiting for us at the airport upon arrival. This was not the case. The Bella Terra airport reps had zero records of our reservation and no car available for us after I showed them the multiple confirmations and proof of payment they worked out a way to get us a car finally to our hotel. When I emailed Jaqueline about this experience she denied the situation we experienced ever happened and gaslit me that everything went as normal when it 100% did not and the airport reps could confirm that if she even tried to speak to them which I doubt she did. Today (Sunday) was our travel day back to the airport, again, I confirmed our pickup service at our hotel and received confirmation, after waiting outside and our pickup time coming and going I asked the hotel to call them for us and see what was happening, again, full denial of our reservation and zero car on its way. We instead opted for an uber which arrived in 1 minute and was 1/3 of the cost. This company is a scam and every positive review on this platform and any other I’m convinced is a fake testimonial. Horrible company.

The experience was not that great the Van was hot and not enough room and I started to get light hand is bring your own water I want just do a private server
