Due to the COVID19 precautions taken by the airport management, our team will be waiting for you outside just after international exit door. All the passengers are forwarded to the same exit door (GATE NUMBER 9). If your arrive to İSTANBUL NEW AİRPORT; All the passengers are forwarded to the same exit door (GATE NUMBER 14). Our team will have a sheet written ”3E”. Have a nice flight and holiday.

The company picked us up at 0425 with a last minute booking due to our other booking falling through. The driver was on time, helpful, a good driver, and the car was very nice. I highly recommend them.
The overall experience was excellent! Starting from how my pick up would look like with upfront information and guidance before arrival to the airport to how to get to the exact pick up point. Everything was very smooth and easy even with being my first time at Istanbul airport. The transportation to the city was very comfortable as it was on all other routes during our stay in the city. Nice, clean van, good air conditioning, water available for refreshing, loads of space for luggage and the 4 of us (I was traveling with my wife and 2 children). The driver was very helpful, easy to communicate, suggestive when asked for additional support or recommendations about what to see additionaly, where to go to eat, shop ect.. Also what we liked very much was even due to huge traffic at all times the driver was always on time on every pick up point between the routs we visited.

Small confusion finding gate but they operate multiple tours so once you exit the gate (btw you cannot come back once exited) someone will help you out. Once they assign transport its smooth.
