East & West Salalah Combination Tour - Darbat Waterfall, Mughsail

Hi, sharing my personal experience (31st May 2026) Worst tour agency. They are pathetic and irresponsible. 1. Bus is not good, he is driving bus at the speed of 70 KM per hour from salalah to Dubai and Journey takes almost 18-19 Hours without exit and entry and with that the journey take 22-23 hours one-way Reason is some issue in gear box or wheel. 2. From last 3 days bus did not got cleaned it was same like before. Stinky (They dont bother about customer happiness) 3. They stop vehicle only at mosque or worst places where food and washroom is bad and stinky even for 1sec you can not have breath. 4. For this long journey neither pushback working or seats are comfortable. Both adds the value to make it more worst. 5. Hotel Breakfast is not at all having any food option like only Oman food option available, food is pathetic and they tell that they give rooms in 4 star hotels. (All lies) 6. Places where they take to visit all are waste as a tour agency you need to have an proper idea where to take in what season, after taking to a place they are asking customer to imagine the place. (How Well Organized 😄)?? Still you want to choose this agency for your travel plan?? Think twice...

We had an exceptional experience exploring Salalah with Mr. Adel as our guide. He provided us insightful details about each site along the way. We went to Salalah in the end of September which is after the Khareef season was over. The number of tourists were less, hence at most of the tourist spots we had the place to ourselves. The wadis were still lush green with a few waterfalls. The beaches were pristine though the ocean looked rough. It was lovely to sit by the seashore and watch the sunset. Our itinerary was well planned. Our local tour guide Mohammed Almahdali was very friendly and accommodating. He was knowledgeable about the places we visited and also helped us experience some local cuisine. We felt very comfortable and welcomed.

We very much recommend booking with Beautiful Salalah Tours… very efficient and swift email communication. My husband and I booked two private tours to experience both East and West Salalah. Our guide, Ali Qahoor, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable on the entire area and prompt on pick up. Ali checked at the beginning of each tour what attractions we would like to see and again towards the end that we had visited everything on our wish list. When we return we will definitely book again… highly recommend!!!
