Discovery of place that we probably would not have discovered in normal visit. We found that some puzzles were complicated.

I bought this hunt as it was wheelchair friendly. I didn't realise until after I bought it that it only offered the hunt on 1 device for the whole group. There were 3 of us and each of us was useless at self - navigation. Sadly, the navigation in the game did not work. The developers offer a map for self navigation when this happens. I had hoped it would not happen to us but ...... After 45 minutes of fruitless back and forth, we had to abandon the game. It sounds like a brilliant idea but in reality, you need to know your way around a map. I wonder if poor translation of instructions to English could have affected our understanding of how to play. eg - I thought there was an app to download but could only find the webpage to play through.
The geo location didn’t work which made it so difficult as we had to download a map on one phone and the scavenger app on another. Also would be better if more of the group could download the hunt and work through it. It was also an hours walk between the train station and the first stop so everyone got bored.
Thanks for your feedback. Our game is meant to be played on one phone per team, which usually works well. We understand the starting point wasn’t ideal for your group — we’ll look into that. We appreciate you sharing your experience.
Nice way to discover the city. Nice that the ticket is valid for 24 hours, so we were able to spread it over 2 days and there is less pressure on it.

A nice day, and a nice way to get to know a city, despite the bad weather. Due to the weather we also interrupted the game several times, which was perfectly possible. Technically okay, we played on one cell phone. I thought we would get another 'points result' with comparison, but we missed that.

We went to Lille between Christmas and New Year's Day. We booked a (search) tour there via QULA.info. Through the interactive game we discovered the city in a playful way. We have been to places where we would never have gone without a guide. Enjoy walking through old streets, explanation via the app about what you just found and much more. We think it is highly recommended.
