E-bike tour Martina Franca e Locorotondo and visit a dairy
Description
You can join with your own e-bike at no extra cost, or reserve an e-bike ready on site for €45, payable locally. The dairy visit with cheese tasting is optional and paid on site (€10). Unless you communicate otherwise when booking, e-bikes and the dairy visit/tasting will be considered reserved for all participants. For children’s e-bikes, child tandems and child seats, please check “Included/Excluded”. Discover Martina Franca and Locorotondo on an easy e-bike tour through the Itria Valley, among dry-stone walls, vineyards, trulli and masserie, with panoramic stops and time for photos. A local escort manages the route, stops and full assistance, keeping a relaxed pace. Locorotondo welcomes you with whitewashed lanes, flowered balconies and romantic corners, before returning to Martina Franca through some of the valley’s most iconic landscapes. At the dairy farm, you’ll see mozzarella production, the cave where caciocavalli mature, and how stracciatella and burrata are made.

Rocco was amazing! The tour of the cheese production company was fantastic and the tastings were amazing. We so enjoyed our e-bike tour in Cisternino ...wonderful overview of the history. We loved our tour through the countryside. Rocco was engaging and professional and we had so much fun with him. We highly recommend him for any tour but especially this one! I will definitely be telling my friends.
This tour is amazing! Highly recommended. Experience Puglia off the beaten path. The trip to the dairy to learn the process of making mozzarella, burrata, and other tips was great! The tasting of the cheeses was even better :). The most delicious cheeses I’ve tasted in my life. The e-bike ride was easy and a great way to see the town of Cisternino and the countryside of Puglia on a hot day. It was very enjoyable. We visited two different farms and saw pigs, cows, goats, donkeys, horses, geese, ducks, and some dogs and cats. Feeding the donkeys and horses was a highlight. Rocco was amazing and informative and very passionate about Puglia… and cheese! Would recommend to anyone. He also does different e-bike tours all over Puglia. Highly recommend!
Nice tour to the countryside. The guide is a nice guy with stories of the old times. Absolutely worth to take the tour. Using an E-bike is an easy way to ride along the tour. Anyone can easily complete the journey.
It was one of the best trips. We were shown the different types of cheese and the differences in the cheese factory. Afterwards we were given a very good taste of the various products + local wine. Then we rode the e-bike to the farm that supplies the cheese factory. Finally, Rocco showed us the city center and explained everything to us down to the smallest detail. We had a lot of fun and would recommend it to everyone. Rocco is very friendly and gave us other tips.
