E-bike tour in Ostuni. Oil mill, Dolmen and huge olive trees
Description
You can join with your own e-bike at no extra cost, or reserve an e-bike ready on site for €45, payable locally. For children’s e-bikes, child tandems and child seats, please check the “Ticket includes” section. Discover Ostuni and the countryside of the Coastal Dunes Regional Natural Park on an e-bike tour among centuries-old olive trees, dry-stone walls and Mediterranean scrub. You’ll ride at a comfortable pace along rural roads and easy paths, with stops for photos and short local insights. The experience includes a visit to the Montalbano Dolmen, around 4,000 years old, and a short panoramic walk along the Via Francigena, among olive groves and dry-stone walls. To finish on a special note, you’ll visit a traditional olive oil mill to discover the key steps of extra virgin olive oil production, from harvesting and pressing to storage. The tour ends with a guided tasting of extra virgin olive oil produced on site, with practical tips to recognize its aromas and main characteristics.

A very nice walk without any difficulty in the middle of olive trees and in natural landscapes. The old olive trees are beautiful and this changes village visits. Rocco listens and adapts perfectly to everyone’s wishes. The break at the agricultural cooperative allows you to taste different types of olive oils and buy them for a reasonable price.
Rocco was an excellent tour guide. He was very attentive, and took us on a beautiful tour through lovely olive Fields. There were many open fields of colorful wildflowers. He was extremely informative and friendly. We also very much enjoyed the tour of the olive processing cooperative. And we were able to purchase some very inexpensive, but quite tasty samples.
First visit the olive oil mill and tastings. Nice to discover! Then 2h bike through the olive trees with stops for explanations, conversion with nature and time spent. We were 5, 2 couples and Rocco, who is a great guide by the way. Thank you for this moment! Go for it if you want to spend a quality time!

This is a fantastic tour and we had a really good few hours with Rocco. He is patient, knowledgeable and fun. 100% recommend and he told us he did other tours including wine and we wished we had done his instead of another wine tour we did that wasn’t great.
Rocco was considerate and waited for us when we had problems finding the right Sisterco station. Take advantage of this tour to admire these olive fields and Rocco’s comments are enriching.

Rocco was a wonderful guide as he led us through the orchards, down the 'white road' to where we could see the sea, and he even had his uncle meet us in the orchard and bring a focaccia for our snack!! The tour of the olive oil factory was interesting and learning to taste the olive oils was just amazing. This was a highlight of our trip and Rocco made is special.
