Ashan is a lovely and considerate guide total hero. I done the Dutch Footprints Cycling Tour to Negombo and was great fun. Ashan knew tons of history so was great chat, and he provided water, electrolytes drink, protein snacks, and the best thing for the end was a frozen towel to cool down with before a great lunch. 10/10
