Staff were very helpful and friendly with answering any questions. Our guide was very relaxed and fun to ride with. Downside was there were a lot of rafts out that Saturday as it was a gorgeous day for rafting!
This is a top notch company. We did the 2 hour rafting trip and it was awesome! Analise was our guide and she kept us entertained and safe. The scenery was beautiful. My husband had a medical episode on exit of the trip and the staff was incredibly responsive and able to handle the situation like pros. I cant express the gratitude I have for everyone I encountered from this company. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
Animas River is a little tame due to the low snowpack this year, but COA did a great job of making the trip down the river enjoyable. Rhys was our guide and he did a fantastic job of navigating the river.
Great crew. Harry was awesome with the oars. Water is so low it’s like bumper cars with the rocks. Grandkids had fun and it was a nice view of the river I had not seen before. Good crew that tries hard to make it fun.
We did our first rafting trip as a family yesterday. It was my husband, three boys and I. It was such a fun time. Everything about the day was super organized, the staff was friendly, transportation to the river was easy and our guide, Billy, was amazing. We had such a wonderful time and cannot wait to go back in the future.
Jacob was a fantastic guide that provided a ton of history and personal info about Durango. The river was low, but this run was still filled with fun. I highly recommend taking a river trip with COA!

Excellent time. Took our grandchildren (7&11) and they had a blast. Our guide Ben was outstanding, like one of the best we’ve ever been with. Very nice, communicated great with kids, and made the trip fun. HIGHLY recommend.
