We will pick you up at your hotel in downtown Chengdu and transfer to Dujiangyan
Here, you can closely observe lovely giant pandas. Watch them eat bamboo, play around, and take naps. The park is home to many pandas, and you can capture their adorable moments with your camera. It's a great chance to get up close to these national treasures and understand their living habits.
We will enjoy Dujiangyan local lunch at the foot of Qingcheng Mountain
Next, head to Zhongshuge. Zhongshuge is not just an ordinary bookstore; it has a very artistic and modern interior design. Walk around the bookstore, feel the strong cultural atmosphere, and take pictures of the unique bookshelves and reading areas. The unique architecture and layout here will make your photos stand out.
At Yangtianwo Square, you will see the huge and unique panda statue. This is a popular photo - taking spot. Pose with the panda statue from different angles to get amazing photos.
Then, visit Dujiangyan Scenic Area. Our professional tour guide will lead you to explore this world - famous irrigation project. Walk along the ancient paths, see the Fish Mouth Water - Diversion Dam, Feisha Weir, and Baopingkou. Learn about the wisdom of the ancient Chinese people in water conservancy engineering. The scenic area also has beautiful natural scenery, with mountains and rivers, making it a great place for both learning and sightseeing.
We will transfer you back to your hotel in Chengdu, or any restaurant you specify in downtown Chengdu, so that you can enjoy your own dinner.

Smooth driving, punctual hotel pickup and easy communication with the tour guide. Our guide Joy knew all the hidden gems and a really beautiful path in Dujiangyan with limited tourists to give us a great view and help us appreciate China’s beautiful landscape! Lunch was really good and Joy picked some really great dishes for us. She was so kind and willing to share her experience of life in Chengdu as a local, and was knowledgeable about the irrigation system’s history. Highly recommend!
