Very nice ,well presented motorbikes and informative information on history of Ducati
Unprofessional agency, reservation made, payment in advance, we arrive at the Ferrari museum, they do not have our reservation. As a result, another 68 euros paid. At the moment, after communicating this, no one has contacted me. Never again!!! If I have to recommend to someone, I will gladly avoid it! If they resolve the misunderstanding, I am willing to review what I wrote; otherwise, DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENCY!!

Dalla verifica effettuata risulta che è stato acquistato il tour Ducati + Lamborghini, mentre Lei intendeva visitare il Museo Ferrari. Purtroppo, la prenotazione ricevuta nei nostri sistemi era correttamente emessa per il tour selezionato al momento dell'acquisto. Ricordiamo inoltre che Lei aveva contattato il nostro ufficio telefonicamente per chiedere se fosse possibile raggiungere il Museo Ferrari dopo la visita Ducati nella stessa giornata. Le abbiamo confermato che ciò era possibile, considerando che le due strutture distano circa 40 minuti l'una dall'altra. Tuttavia, durante la telefonata non ci sono stati forniti i riferimenti della prenotazione e, di conseguenza, non abbiamo avuto modo di verificare che fosse stato acquistato il tour Ducati + Lamborghini anziché Ducati + Ferrari. Nonostante l'errore non fosse imputabile alla nostra organizzazione, per venirLe incontro abbiamo contattato il Museo Lamborghini e, in via del tutto eccezionale, abbiamo ottenuto e riconosciuto il rimborso relativo a tale visita. Ci sorprende pertanto leggere questa recensione, soprattutto considerando che, una volta risolta la situazione e ricevuto il rimborso concordato, ci aveva confermato che avrebbe provveduto alla rimozione della recensione negativa. Rimaniamo comunque a disposizione per qualsiasi ulteriore chiarimento e confidiamo che voglia riconsiderare la Sua valutazione alla luce di quanto effettivamente accaduto. If you are into bikes Ducati is probably your dream bike. Many bikers come here and museum is very good but not very big so you can see everything in less than hour.
