An Informative Walk Through Dublin

Great Tour. Be prepared to walk a minimum of 12,000 steps. It is a Walking Tour! Our guide/leader, Jimmie, was "tuned" in to the group. He was a fantastic leader and educator. We, very much enjoyed our experience.

Great tour for the highlights of the city

A great tour to see the highlights of the city. The guide Richard was very good, with great knowledge and good humor. He made the tour very enjoyable for us. The trip itself was a bit long-winded and strangely there was no possibility to eat on a 5.30am trip that started at 10.30am.

Getting the History Basics in Dublin

The tour included visits to the St. Patrick's, statue of Molly Malone, Dublin Castle (not open that day), the Kells Experience, and the Guinness brewery and Gravity Bar. Our guide was the excellent Jimmy, who led us around and was a font of information, friendly and accessible. He could also read his group, and instead of walking the St. James Gate (Guinness), he had us take a double-decker public bus, which was an experience in itself, and saved wear and tear on the feet of us older people (and gave us more time for the Guinness tour). I recommend the tour (and Jimmy). Sure, it's a lot of walking but I have some mobility issues and was able to make it (with plenty of places to sit down at times).

Excellent Introduction to Dublin

Overall, this was a good way to see a lot of Dublin in a single day. Samantha was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept the tour moving without making it feel rushed. We enjoyed visiting St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Trinity College and the Book of Kells, and finishing the day at the Guinness Storehouse. The skip the line saved a lot of time and made the experience much smoother. I would have liked a little more free time at a couple of the stops, but other than that, it was well organized and a great introduction to Dublin.
