PLEASE NOTE: Several Hotels in the UAE have the same or similar names. To ensure seamless service, please call us maximum 7pm of the previous date to confirm your pick-up location and time. If pick up location is not shared in time, we might not be able to provide the service and refunds or reschedules will not be accepted. We're available from 0700hrs to 2100hrs UAE time to help with any questions you might have. Should your excursion include transfers from and to your hotel, our Guide will meet you in the hotel's main lobby. Please ensure you are in the lobby at least 15 minutes before your confirmed pick-up time and inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour or Safari. Our team on the ground will not be able to contact you if you are unavailable at the pick-up point at the designated date and time.

- Our safari vehicles are long wheelbase off-road cars that are fitted with seat belts, roll cages and air-conditioning and are licensed to carry up to six passengers, excluding the driver. By law, all passengers must wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion.
- There are special considerations for children travelling in our off-road vehicles. Guests under 2 years of age will not be allowed to participate in any activity involving a physical dune drive or other off-road safaris.
- For the safety of our younger passengers in the off-road vehicles special seating is required and must be requested and booked in advance, as below:
- Booster Cushion (above 5 years and/or under 135cms) - Sharing vehicle
- Our vehicles are equipped with telephones to provide a constant link with other vehicles party as well as with the safari base. Our safari guides are trained in first aid and carry first aid kits. Guides carry mobile phones and radios and vehicles are fitted with GPS.
- Seating is not pre-allocated. During safaris, seating for passengers within one 4x4 vehicle will be rotated.
- We recommend that all passengers read our Safety Card which is available with the driver/guide in the vehicle before proceeding on our tours.
- Our tours are conducted in more than one language and are usually multilingual, however our safaris are conducted in English only .
- Our safaris involve off-road driving through rugged country - which adds to the excitement of the tour. However because of the adventurous nature and the rough terrain covered, you should not participate if your health or any pre-existing medical conditions (including heart ailments neck or back problems) may be adversely affected.
- Child under 2 years of age cannot go on the off-road dune drive. For the safety of our younger passengers in the vehicles special seating is required and must be requested and booked in advance.
- Arabian Adventures supports the zero plastic initiative and single-use plastic is not used at our main campsite. Instead glasses and water dispensers are available at the bar.
- Closed shoes are recommended.

Great day and memorable trip, we were collected from our hotel and had the use of the same private vehicle for the whole trip. Our driver was lovely and excellent on the 4x4 experience over the dunes too. We did the dune buggies first, where you self-drive following a lead; we then moved onto the evening safari where we joined a large group of cars from the same company to travel across the dunes and attend the evening bbq and events.

A lovely morning with Sajid touring the desert conservation area. Good to visit the amazing new museum and see the conservation work being done. Camel riding and interesting conversations in the car were a bonus 😊

Our guide Inayat was marvellous! Very informative and interesting tour. I can highly recommend it! Dune bashing, camel ride and sand boarding…and then a good breakfast in the oasis!

Beautiful experience in a special natural environment. Fun rally on the dunes and camel ride. Fantastic sunrise immersed in the desert. Our driver Bokhari was really kind in taking so many pictures, in entertaining us with different explanations and above all demonstrated his driving skills in the desert. Experience to repeat.
