The tour was excellent. Ali arrived on time in a clean, comfortable car with air conditioning and cold water. He was very polite, attentive, and regularly checked to make sure everything was going well. Although the tour ended up being shared with another traveler (with my agreement), Ali did a great job accommodating both of us and ensuring we could enjoy the activities we wanted without getting in each other’s way. I highly recommend this Viator tour and especially Ali for his professionalism and excellent service.
Outstanding one-day tour of Dubai with Qasim. He is knowledgeable, articulate, and flexible. Very punctual at all stops and venues—did not push back when we suggested a change to the schedule. I would definitely recommend him for friends or business contacts who are traveling to the region.

Ali, our guide was extremely knowledgeable and considerate of our time. We booked an 8-9 hour city tour in Dubai and our guide was the ALI. Very attentive, experienced and helpful! He even warned us about perfume vendors, so we can't be fooled. We walked around the city and was explaining about each point. And at the end of the day we were still waiting to see the water show at the fountain in front of the Burj Khalifa that was wonderful and unforgettable! I highly recommend the city tour with the ALI! Our tour guide Allie was magnificent for timing, courteous for Waite times and adjustments to schedule. He accommodated us so well we chose to book him for the next day. His wealth of knowledge about Dubai the culture and customs not only let us to have a fun experience, exploring the city, but also enhancing our cultural knowledge.
A very friendly guide who showed us all the beautiful places on Dubai. He gave the proposed programme at the beginning and asked if we were okay with this. During the visits he let us quietly view everything at our pace.
