We were expected at the airport and taken directly to the hotel. After a long flight it is very good to be sure on arrival that you arrive quickly to the hotel !
Made reservation through Agoda with the cheapest price among others agent and the only one that provide 2 hours waiting time. We are worry 45min or 60min is not enough as long quene of passport control and security check, actually we used more than 60min. After arrived, a man is waiting for us with name sign.The driver wear smart and so sweetie, helpful and polite.Also he had introduce the main sightseeing points for us. The car is clean , without smell and great air-con. We are 2 people with 28” language,we book 3-4ppl car which is comfortable for us.

His communication was clear and timely — he gave us exact instructions on where to meet him, and despite our flight arriving 40 minutes early, he was already there waiting with a warm, polite attitude.
