Dubai Helicopter Tour: Experience Dubai’s Iconic Landmarks

we had an amazaing experience on helicopter tour , the commentary of pilot was quite knowledgeable , al though he was a professional person , it was a 12 minute ride which covers almost all of the iconic landmarks and we are totally satisfied ,from all the perspectives.

Attention to detail is slipping at this establishment. First of all they couldn’t record the names of the passengers correctly despite me submitting 3 international passports. Difficult names is not an excuse. I presume that is why your protocol asks for original copies of ID. Secondly the Staff were rushed off their feet. The photographer was scuttling from aircraft to air craft and barely got any shots or recording of my group boarding the aircraft… but still proceeded to rip us off with a $76 dollar charge for rubbish footage. Thirdly, the commentary from the pilot was none existent or inaudible. It might be better to play a pre recorded script after all the flight route is pre set. The experience itself is wonderful, but better organisation would be the cherry on top of the cake. Fourth, if organisations are unable to offer decent services due to Ramadan, it would be better if they close shop during ramadan. Finally there was a rogue taxi cab operator lurking outside the establishment immediately after the experience. It is advisable to make sure you secure your environment from such rogue operations in future.

If I could give them a zero star I would! Received a message regarding my booking to let me know that it had to be rescheduled due to issues with the helicopter. Reschedule three times just for them to have to cancel it in the end. Horrible experience and never again. Should’ve listened to the comments. Zero stars from my part.

very disappointed, the booking was a struggle, cancelled by the agent the next day inspite of tickets being payed e mail confirmation received , rebooked the day after for a 15 minute flight hardly 10 minutes including take of and landing procedures , delayed by 30 minutes the waiting area prior to the flight was packed with no room for distancing inspite of the covid directives The staff were helpful and friendly that is the only bright side

we booked 17 min Helicopter tour. before flight they taught about precautionary things and took our weights that might be helpful for seat adjustments. Tour was great beautiful aerial view of Dubai City.

I will definitely do it on a Helicopter more than once. This was my first and it was unforgettable. I haven't received such sensations and emotions for a long time. Thank you Royal Smart Tourism for these emotions. I advise everyone to try flying and see a beautiful view from the sky=)

We went around 22 min and just beautiful, a great aerial view of the city and a very professional team

Picked up from hotel and dropped back off. Our driver was amazing and took very good care of us, giving us descriptions of landmarks and a history of the area during our ride. Needed more time however to take pictures with the helicopter if they are going to try to sell you a photo package for $150. Also audio should be clearer and have closer distance to landmarks during helicopter ride. Overall good experience but not worth it.
