If you want to appreciate the sheer scale and urban planning of Dubai, then this twin-landmark tour is a must. We could have had a pain trying to do the cross-town transportation between these two architectural wonders on our own, but with the logistics all planned out, the day was totally seamless. The Dubai Frame is a great historical anchor, especially with the museum exhibits inside the base. Then being on the open-air deck of The View Palm Jumeirah gives you an unrivalled, geometric perspective of the whole palm structure that you just can't get from the ground. Very effective and authentic and well worth taking.
We visited both on the same day and they actually complimented each other really well. I expected one to feel repetitive after the other, but they offered very different perspectives, if I had to choose, I'd probably give a slight edge to the view.
Nice experience, but long queue. Highly recommended to go early. Entrance fee is not much. You don't really have to walk on the glass bottom either. If you are afraid of heights you can also walk next to it

The Frame is a huge building that serves no purpose other than to offer views of Dubai. To be fair, the views it offers are impressive, but other buildings do the same job. It is a very popular attraction which means you should expect long queues. The lifts and building are crowded. We were rushed through and did not feel like valued customers. Driving past on another day, the lines were even longer.
