We had a fun time on our tour, and we learned many interesting facts about DC. I would recommend this, as I felt like some of the ghost stories would not be public information. Our tour guide, Elías, was very friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. We enjoyed the tour and the little ghost stuffed animal! I also thought that our tour guide did the best he could with all of the blocks closed down for the 250th anniversary. And we still had an enjoyable experience.
Animated guide put on a great show. Interesting history stories. Our pictures show some paranormal activity we didn't see.
First, the tour guide was not dressed as described in the tour information and he had a service dog in training with him. We are allergic to dogs. We walked maybe a block down Pennsylvania Ave. in Washington DC and turned around and came back the same route. The tour guide told some stories but we didn't go into any buildings. At one point, several of the attendees sat on a short wall while listening to the story. He said to leave room for the elderly! I take offense at that. Also, at the end, he stated that he would appreciate any tip. I think that is inappropriate. This tour wasn't worth the time or money. A refund should be given.
Hello Pamela, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your experience on the Washington DC tour was disappointing and did not meet your expectations. It’s unfortunate to hear there were concerns with the guide’s presentation, the route taken, and the overall structure of the tour, as this is not up to our normal standards and we are used to receiving great feedback from our guests. We also understand your concerns regarding accessibility and comfort during the experience. Please reach out to guestrelations@usghostadventures.com with your booking information so our team can review this further and assist you directly. Thank you.
Stuart was an amazing guide. This is a fun tour that is about the hauntings of DC as opposed to the history. Very cool tour.

We were ablexo hear most of what guide said but he spoke way too fast to understand much of what he said
Hello Marlene, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the guide was speaking too fast, making it difficult to catch all the details. We want our tours to be enjoyable and easy to follow, so we understand how frustrating that can be. We’ll be sure to pass your feedback along to our team. Thank you for joining us, and we hope to see you again on another tour.
Great hour walking ghost and history tour. Doug our tour guide was great! Very informative and engaging. We learned a lot of lesser know historical facts and of course about the spirits that still linger in the capital city. Great tour for the price! Our family (ages 11-43) had a great time.
Hello Lindsay, thank you for your wonderful review! We’re so glad Doug made the tour engaging and informative for your family. It’s great to hear you enjoyed the mix of history and ghost stories, as well as discovering lesser-known facts about the area. We’re happy everyone from the kids to the adults had a great time, and we really appreciate your recommendation!
Had a great time on a ghost tour in DC. It was the perfect mix of history and storytelling, with a relaxed one-hour walk around the White House and nearby landmarks. The ghost stories were genuinely interesting without feeling over the top, and added a fun layer to places you’d normally just walk past. Our guide, Brad, was knowledgeable and kept things engaging the entire time. He shared a lot of historical context along with the stories, which made the experience feel more meaningful than just a typical tour. Definitely worth doing if you want something a little different while in DC.
