So much fun learning interesting facts about Austin! We love a challenge and being able to walk around a beautiful city. We were able to stop a few times grab a bite to eat and drink then pick up where we left off.
Thanks for the review of your Quest in Austin. Glad you had a great time exploring while having fun solving the puzzles and challenges.
It was a great activity to do with our older kids and allowed us to participate together to solve the puzzles. The weather was super hot in Austin but appreciated that there was an indoor portion that allowed us to cool off. Would have liked to also see UT but understand that it may have been too far. Would definitely do it again in another city!
Glad you had a great adventure on your Quest! So cool that you had a great time sharing an experience with your older kids.
Lots of fun to be engaged with different parts of the city and learn history I didnt know. A few puzzles were not at all city related, wouldve preferred all Austin focused. Also would be great if took in a loop so end near starting point.
Thanks for the review and I'm glad you had fun on the Quest. We agree that a loop in the route is absolutely preferred and 90% of our Quests our loops. For Austin, we had trouble making a loop due to the Capitol being at one end and then all of the other cultural stuff being at the other end... We plan to head back this summer to see if we can give it another look to find some landmarks that would allow for a loop. Thanks for the great feedback. Hope you will give San Antonio a try (that one is a loop :-).
Getting to experience different parts of downtown Austin and having the ability to pause it to stop and eat.
Our family (my husband and I and our twelve-year-old daughter and eighteen-year-old son) did the Downtown Austin Scavenger hunt while on vacation.. It was a great activity that kept everyone engaged, and later when we drove through the city we were surprised by how well we knew it and could point out different landmarks- just from doing the hunt. It was like taking a walking tour, but more fun because you have to solve puzzles and can also compete with other teams (your results will be posted on a leader board.) Highly recommend!
Glad you had a great time on your Quest in Austin. Such a fun city to explore while solving clues and playing the game.

This was a great way to see the city. My family really enjoyed it. Especially my teenagers who rarely like anything I come up with. Highly recommend it.
