Campo Santo Stefano ,with its church, bell tower, cafés and ice cream vendors is one of the most elegant and famous among the Venetians squares.
Ponte dell’Accademia, symbol of Venetian culture which takes its name from the Accademia galleries, is located in front of its stairs.
Galleria dell’Accademia is a famous museum where you could admire the wonderful collection of Venetian paintings dated back from the 14th to the 18th centuries. Among the artists you can find are Giorgio, Bellini, Tiziano, Carpaccio, Tintoretto, Tiepolo and Veronese.

the Peggy Guggenheim Modern Art Collection is the museum which presents Peggy Guggenheim's personal collection, masterpieces from the Hannelore B. and Rudolph B. Schulhof collection, a sculpture garden as well as the temporary exhibitions. This Modern Art Museum holds some of the most important paintings by 20th century artists such as Picasso and Dalí.
Palazzo Ca’Dario is famous for its alleged curse: According to legend, its owners, the Dario Family, would be destined to bankrupt or to die of violent death. Because of this, it is known as "the killing palace," or "the house of no return."
Fondamenta degli Incurabili, a hospital built for the care of men and women affected by syphilis. At that time, there was no adequate therapy to fight this terrible venereal disease and for this reason the building received the name of the incurables. Now, the building, after a careful restoration, is the headquarters of the Academy of Fine Arts.
