Soak in the warm pools and let the natural healing properties revitalize your body and mind. Our second treatment is viewing Trafalgar Falls, where majestic twin waterfalls cascade into a refreshing pool. Hike through the rainforest for an up-close view and feel the invigorating mist. Next, venture to Titou Gorge, a hidden gem with narrow canyon walls and crystal-clear waters. Swim through the gorge and marvel at the unique geological formations. Knowledgeable guides share insights into Dominica's rich biodiversity, geology, and cultural heritage, providing a deeper appreciation of the island's natural treasures. Nature's Therapy 101 !!

Booked a tour (via Viator) while on a cruise port call in Dominica. Driver was waiting for us once we arrived. The tour went as planned. Titou Gorge is 'refreshing' temperature but well worth it. Not hard to swim but not super easy either. The areas are not very upscale but we were happy to see the island. After a slight accident into a ditch, a slight walk up the hill to Trafalgar Falls until it was pulled out and we were back on our way Kasha was a wonderful guide and kept us all calm and reassuring after the incident. And we didn't miss a stop!
