The boat trip is shorter than expected (feel like there're no dolphins found on the day and the boat trip finished earlier). We joined the one with transport to and from hotel which is good as public transport in Guam is very limited and expensive. The underwater observatory is iconic in Guam. It's nice but I think the glass windows need cleaning for a clearer view.
Don’t expect to see any dolphins during the 50 minute ride on the yacht. Which is not enough time. Considering that we did not see any dolphins we were promised a gift which consisted of a keychain or a gift bag. I chose the keychain since that was the only dolphin I saw. The food was great and the hospitality was great which made up for the lack of dolphins.
we cannot see any dolphins. Basically 50% as success rate, as I heard. The objective of this tour should be cruising or looking for dolphins, not watching.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. Because dolphins are wild animals, their movements are unpredictable and sightings can never be guaranteed. Our team always does its best to search the areas where they are most commonly found, but some days they simply do not appear. The main focus of the tour is cruising through their natural habitat with the possibility of encountering them in the wild, rather than a guaranteed viewing. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you still enjoyed the experience on the water. -Jhay
Well organized! Enjoyed the entire experience. Did not see Dolphins but ocean and sea turtles were wonderful
Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear everything was well organized and that you enjoyed the entire tour. Even though the dolphins didn’t show up this time, it’s wonderful that the ocean views and sea turtles still made the trip memorable. -Jhacel
Unfortunately, we didn't get to see dolphins, but instead we had sea turtles, flying fish and terns, and it was a pleasant cruise. The lunch room was very atmospheric and the food was delicious. I also love using the disappointing prize shopping bag.
-Jhay
