Terrible booking service! The driver who collected us was 90 minutes late and unaware of our booking. We were thus unable to complete our tour and lost out both from an experience and a financial aspect Viator operator could not be contacted. The rest of the service providers were also only informed of our booking larecthat morning and were thus I'll prepared. I strongly recommend avoiding Viator.
