Clean residence, super helpful staff and convenient location for the sea and hiking. Spacious room, comfortable bed, Wi-Fi that takes well even in the pool. Very honest price for what it offers. If I returned to Marsa Alam I would make the same choice again without doubt!

Such a disappointment. First of all we booked this tour because it was one of the only with a smaller group (max 12 vs max 30). When we arrived the boat was packed with people and mostly children…. But this was only the beginning because once we arrived and after they explained where the dolphins usually stayed they suggest to go in the water for some snorkeling in the corals. We did hoping it was a way of waiting to go see the dolphins. But no we came back to the boat. Waiting with no explanations for 30 minutes… then back to the waters… to go snorkeling on the corals again…. Got back up had lunch and left…. Not a dolphin in sight… just one when we left but that we saw from afar… clearly misleading….

Because simply its Not a ZOOPARK . its about they are appear in that day or not . Our guides make every effort to locate the dolphins, but since they are not in a controlled environment, sightings are a matter of chance rather than a result of searching specific sites. We understand that this can be disappointing, and we appreciate your understanding of the nature of wildlife encounters. so please understand that encountering dolphins is a major highlight of the tour, and we strive to make every effort to maximize the chances of seeing them. However, it's important to note that dolphins are wild animals, and their presence in any specific location cannot be guaranteed. While we visit well-known spots where dolphins are commonly seen, their behavior can be unpredictable, and sightings are not always assured. Regarding the issue with the boat being more crowded than anticipated, I apologize for the inconvenience. We do our best to adhere to our maximum capacity limits, but sometimes unexpected changes in bookings can occur.
