Disneyland Park Paris is a magical kingdom where fairy tales come to life. Opened in 1992, it's the heart of Disneyland Paris and features five enchanting lands: Main Street, U.S.A., Frontierland, Adventureland, Fantasyland, and Discoveryland. Each offers iconic attractions like Sleeping Beauty Castle, Pirates of the Caribbean, and Star Wars: Hyperspace Mountain. Visitors can meet beloved Disney characters, enjoy spectacular parades and shows, and experience the charm and imagination that make Disney unique.
Walt Disney Studios Park will be transformed into Disney Adventure World from 29 March 2026. This park is dedicated to the magic of movies, animation, and behind-the-scenes action. Opened in 2002, it features themed areas like Worlds of Pixar, Marvel Avengers Campus, and Toon Studio. Guests can step into movie worlds with attractions such as Ratatouille: The Adventure, Avengers Assemble: Flight Force, and The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror. Live shows, character encounters, and immersive sets bring the art of filmmaking to life, making it a thrilling experience for movie lovers of all ages.

Stress free way to get to and from Disneyland Paris. May not be the most economical way but if you want convenience this is a good route to take. I would say allow yourself time to get from the parks to the bus since it’s a 10-15 minute walk. We struggled locating the bus because the parking lot is not well marked. It would have been great if there were a later bus because we weren’t able to see the fireworks show. Overall, good experience.

This was by far the **worst tour booking experience I have ever had**, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking this service. The most unacceptable part is that **the park opens at 9:00 AM, yet this tour only departs from Paris at 9:00 AM**. As a result, you do not arrive at the park until around **10:00 AM**, which means you lose the **most valuable and least crowded hour of the entire day**. Anyone visiting Disneyland knows that the first hour is the best time to enjoy the main attractions before the queues become extremely long. Losing this time completely defeats the purpose of paying for a timed tour service. To avoid this exact issue, I even **booked a hotel close to the park at my own expense** so I could enter early and make the most of my visit. Several days in advance, I repeatedly asked their customer support to provide my ticket earlier so I could go to the park by myself. Instead of helping, they kept giving different excuses and repeatedly told me that the ticket could only be issued on the same day. Even worse, on the day itself, I was told that the ticket service would arrive at **10:00 AM**, and I did not actually receive my ticket until approximately **10:30 AM**. This caused even more delay and frustration, wasting even more of my limited time inside the park. The customer service was **extremely unhelpful, poorly organized, and highly disappointing**. Their communication was inconsistent, their support was ineffective, and the overall handling of the situation showed a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and plans. I would **not recommend this service to anyone**.

Finally, we have proof that the tickets were sent to you at 10:07 and not at 10:30, as you are stating. Arrangement of going to the park very well. It was quick and the instructions clear. On the way back we didn’t come back to them because we decided to stay in the park and then go on our own.

We had a great time. We had the 1 park pass and was quickly ushered into the wrong park by the ground staff. When we went to the gate they allowed us to change and added the 2 park pass at a greatly reduced rate. Win. Will definitely be back.

Transportation was horrible , no assigned seating I was forced to be separated from my fiancee, bus was old and dirty , not with the price at all
