Terrible

The food was extremely expensive and terrible; the worst part is that half of the things were closed, all for the same price, with the excuse that it is due to the heat. It feels like the medieval times; oh, and bring water because it is overpriced.

My favourite place

This is our second time with our children (8, 10), we only did 1 day and loved it just as much as the last time we went. Food incredible, atmosphere amazing, fireworks great as always. Downsides - Disney adults that don’t respect children and push them out of the way! Feel the rides could do with being updated as very outdated

The park is very nice...

The park is very nice for Disney fans and families, but a bit less so for thrill-seekers.

NEVER AGAIN: 2 days Disneyland Park and Adeventure World

We went to Disneyland Paris on Monday and Tuesday, June 15-16, 2026, with a 6-year-old child who had a broken arm, only for the attractions. We knew about the costs and the food; those weren't the problem. They didn't give us a skip pass just because of the broken arm, even with a medical certificate, and we understood that. We were pleased that we could rent a stroller for the child. However, reality hit us hard, and we left that place with a feeling of total disgust. The park is a massive and exhausting waste of time. Why? The entire day was a physical and mental survival test on our feet. The crowds in the queques are overhelming. We constantly checked the app: waiting times were between 50 and 100 minutes for all attractions, even during meal times, and even after 9:30 PM when everyone was supposed to be heading to the show. We stood on our feet, sometimes in the sun or directly on the ground, for over 50 minutes for a 2-minute ride. It is physically impossible to go on all the attractions even once in a single day. We tried to enjoy ourselves and push through, but nothing can eclipse the brutal exhaustion: no magic, no character, and no parade. No child—whether healthy or with a physical injury—deserves to be subjected to such treatment. We have nothing against the Premier Access system, that's fine, whoever can afford it should buy it. But that shouldn't affect the rest of us so severely, given that we paid for our tickets too. The peak of our exhaustion was at Frozen: we were among the last 20 people in line when they announced a technical breakdown. We decided to stay because another huge queue had already formed outside, and leaving would have meant losing the same amount of time anyway. We waited for a total of 3 hours! We stood, sat on the floor, slept, and barely ate or drank water so we wouldn't need to use the restroom. When there were only about 15 people ahead of us and we were about to enter, they announced another breakdown. We only held out for another 20 minutes because our bladders were bursting. It would have been nice if they had at least given us a ticket to use later for faster entry, but no, they offered us nothing. We were told that if we left and wanted to come back, we would have to join the 100-minute queue all over again. Disputes also occured, which was justified given the circumstances. We expected the staff to greet us directly in English, but no, it’s French first, and then if they see you don't understand, they speak English. As for the final show at 10:40 PM, it was out of the question. We didn't care anymore; besides, people were already starting to crowd around the area two hours beforehand. All we wanted was to escape that crowd alive and leave. We bought tickets to stand in endless queues, not to have fun. The experience is disgusting. Ultimately, it is clear that everything comes down to our choices, just as it is extremely clear that we will never set foot in Disneyland Paris again. I will never forget the hours we spent standing in lines...

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your recent visit. We are sorry to read about the experience you and your family had in the Disney Parks, and we regret the level of frustration and exhaustion you describe. Visiting with a child should be a special and enjoyable moment, and we are sorry that this was not the case. We understand how challenging long waiting times and high attendance levels can be, especially during busy periods. While we strive to offer a wide range of attractions, shows, and entertainment to help guests make the most of their day, we regret that the conditions you encountered prevented you from fully enjoying the experience. We are also sorry for the disruption you experienced on Frozen Ever After and the extended wait that followed. We appreciate how disappointing it must have been to invest so much time and not be able to enjoy the ride under better conditions. Please be assured that attraction interruptions are always handled with safety as the top priority, but we recognize the impact this had on your day. Regarding accessibility and queue management, we regret if the available options did not meet your expectations, and we understand how tiring this may have been for your party. Your comments on communication and overall crowd experience have also been carefully noted and will be shared with the relevant teams. We are genuinely sorry that your visit did not reflect the experience we aim to provide, and that it has left you with such a negative impression. Feedback like yours is extremely valuable and helps us identify areas where we must continue to improve. We thank you again for sharing your experience and wish you and your family all the very best. Kind regards, Roméo Disneyland® Paris - Guest Experience Team

Awful experience

We visited Disneyland Paris as two families with children and had originally purchased 6 tickets for 28 April 2026. During the night before our visit, one of the children became seriously ill with a high fever and ear infection, making it impossible for us to attend that day. The tickets remained completely unused. Despite the situation, we still purchased an entirely new set of 6 tickets for the following day because Disneyland Paris was the main reason for our trip from Serbia to Paris and extremely important to our children. What left a deeply disappointing impression on us was the complete lack of flexibility and goodwill shown afterward. Disneyland Paris acknowledged the situation, acknowledged that the tickets were never used, acknowledged that we still returned the next day and purchased new tickets — and still refused any form of refund, credit, or meaningful compensation. No service was used, no capacity was lost, no other guests were affected by our absence, and Disneyland Paris suffered absolutely no operational loss from the unused tickets. Nevertheless, our family absorbed the entire financial loss caused by circumstances completely beyond our control. We understand that policies exist. However, for a company built around family experiences, empathy, joy, and “magic,” the complete absence of understanding in a situation involving the sudden illness of a child was honestly shocking to us. The park itself was beautiful and the children were happy to finally experience it, but unfortunately the way this situation was handled permanently changed how our family will remember Disneyland Paris and its customer care.

Good, but it needs to be renewed.

We have already come several times and we will not return anytime soon because there is no renewal... the lines are long and the prices are too high!

Good to have seen it

Worth going to see. Insanely busy. Overstimulating at times for kids. We had priority passes and they make a huge difference. Food actually not too bad at all and kids meals were 10 e and included a mini magnum. Lots walking . worth doing only a park per day, never get around both. Indiana jones, avengers - pirates carribean worth a view but its not a thrill ride and more about the animatronics really. Its coolto have done it - not sure i would return. The main disneyland itself is shopping outlets with occasional rides of limited quality really. If you are thrill seeker then its not a patch on Alton Towers or even Emerald Park here in Ireland
