A Walking Tour around the city of San Salvador, capital of El Salvador, where we will explore a very important part of the city, in which we will learn about history, culture, gastronomy, social, political reality and many more topics. Tour by Javier, (coming soon more guides in the group), a young Salvadoran and local student, I am super excited to have you and take you on a tour throughout my city to teach you everything. Throughout the tour we will discover many points of modern, past and future interest about the country of El Salvador and how this has been changing throughout the country. Itinerary
Central square of the capital, point from all transport moves to the rest of the city and which marks the points to the North, South, East and West, point where we will start and learn about the introduction and basic information of the country
Main national stadium of the capital and the country where we will learn a little about the history of the country and how ah influenced in Salvadoran culture as well as presenting the main football character of Salvadoran history.
The main rural/family park in the capital where we will learn a little history about the country of El Salvador, both about the indigenous people and about the civil war that would take 12 years of Salvadoran history.
One of the country’s oldest major hospitals where we will learn how the public health system works and how it is a benefit for both the Salvadoran population and foreign population and tourists.
One of the main churches in the capital with an interesting structure and architecture to learn where we will see and learn about religions in the country and how they influence the population of Sao Paulo
Simon abolish a very important character for American history from which we will learn that we must never give up on his ideas of each other, plus we will learn the history of Central American independence.
Main market of the historic center, before arriving at this market we will pass by the street market to learn and compare the different lives that are had on both sides of the street merchant world of El Salvador
Main palace of the country and with more history where we will learn about the ancient and modern governments and how they affected the country in their times
Typical music restaurant where everyone will have the opportunity to taste a national drink called “Horchata” or the national soda “Colachampan” that is already included in the tour
Typical food restaurant where we will witness typical food from the national soups to the famous Salvadoran Pupusas
Only national theatre located in the capital which has a lot of history behind it and a somewhat particular architecture
Renovated national library of El Salvador where we will learn how the country has changed in a different path than everyone expected long ago, where we will see the modernization of the region and learn much more data about the current Salvadoran.
