HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE, DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!!!!!!

We buy 3 tickets online to travel in this pseudo company. We were summoned at 7am in Zocalo, waited from 6:30am to 8:30am and the bus never arrived! Not a message, a call, an email, NOTHING! They never answered anywhere! AND WE WERE 10 PEOPLE IN THE SAME SITUATION. I am in the process of refunding and they take years to answer and they send you from area to area, LOUSY COMPANY. Better go to the zocalo that same day and buy your ticket with executives or other companies that are there. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL SOON GO BUST FOR TRANSAS!!! DO NOT BUY WITH TURIBUS!!!
