Mistake rectified with charm and elegance

After a rather serious hiccough where are Guide did not turn up, the tour company pulled out every stop to make sure we were able to do and see everything we wanted and even gave us a dinner beside the Nile as a ‘sorry for the mistake ‘. Mistakes do happen but the trick is to put them right and our tour company did that with charm and elegance.
