The experience with Elisabetta was special. He made me taste some great food explaining the history of each product and I discovered many things that I did not know. The Tasting Lab space is like a gastronomic lounge, very welcoming and friendly. An experience not to be missed if you come to Bari! It's like going to a friend's house

Elisabetta is an exceptional host and very competent, but also friendly. He built a really cozy and relaxing place. The experience was fun and allowed me to discover high quality seasonal and local products, which I did not know. A tasting not to be missed! (Elisabetta also gave me advice on places to see on my way and where to taste small productions)
