The e-bike tour was really great. Our guide Sylvia was knowledgeable but very approchable at the same time, always willing to answer questions. She really made the trip fantastic. Thebiking was easy and we were lucky because our group only had 7 people so very manageable, I would do it again.
it was a great experience exploring the city. tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. would recommend.
The guide was Silvia, very good and knowledgeable. The tour was fun and enjoyable. Had a great first time in Milan.
It's a fun tour to get out and about and see different spots you may not walk to it know about. Our guide was Celia (hopefully spelled correctly). She was very knowledgeable and and enjoyable to chat with.
Pros- great way to see the highlights and get your bearings. Sylvia was a lovely guide! Be aware- slightly off the beaten track meeting place, crazy Milan traffic (cars, cycles, scooters, Door Dash bikers) so you have to be very vigilant, must bring your own water and holder for it although you can purchase beverages at the midpoint which was a stop along the canal. If more than 5 bikers, 2 guides would be preferable as it’s a bit hard to stay together, at least for the afternoon tour.
Thank you for your detailed feedback, Lynn! We’re really glad you enjoyed your Milan e-bike tour and that Sylvia helped you discover the city’s highlights in a fun and engaging way. Milan can be lively and dynamic, and exploring it by e-bike is a great way to get your bearings while seeing so much in a short time 😊 Thank you also for the notes, we'll take them into account!
The tour was fun. It was my last day in Italy so I didn’t have time to explore milan by myself but in this tour I had the opportunity. with the e bike and our guide it was easy and fun but I recommend going in morning it will be much easier than midday especially if the weather is hot. Overall it definitely deserves booking it always nice doing adventure with other people.

Gabriel was a great guide ,knowledgeable and looked after us all in the traffic with just enough time for pit stops !
Thank you so much! 😊 We’re delighted the guide took good care of you during your Milan e-bike tour. Navigating the city safely while still enjoying its energy is exactly what we aim for, and it’s great to know the stops along the way made the experience even more enjoyable.
Fun way to see Milan! Enjoyed being outside with a group of travelers and enjoying fresh air while exploring. The E-bikes are amazingly easy to navigate - great form of transportation. Our guide was well-informed, had much to share, was prepared for the tour, and was a good guide to follow all over the city. I would do this again!

We had a nice group of 10 riders. Our tour guide Shari was great and we all had a wonderful time. We made a couple stops along the way for pictures, refreshments and rest rooms.
Thank you for your lovely feedback, Richard ⭐ We’re so happy your group enjoyed the Milan e-bike tour with Shari. It’s great that the stops for photos and breaks added to the experience — discovering the city at a relaxed pace is exactly what we aim for. Hope to see you again on another ride! 💙
The company’s directions were very faulty and we were 10 minutes late, but they’d left us. Except that we were at the address given and there was no sign of bicycles, a shop, or a truck. We phoned the number on the reservation and a woman answered and told us that they’d left and there was no way to catch up. There weren’t any bikes in sight. Nor do they give refunds. VERY disappointing.
Dear Guest, thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and we'd like to clarify what happened. Our Milan e-bike tours are group tours with multiple participants, which means we have strict departure times to respect for everyone involved. For this reason, we always ask guests to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time, a detail included in the booking confirmation. Unfortunately, by the time you arrived, the rest of the group had already departed on time, and our bike shop at the meeting point had closed accordingly. As much as we wanted to accommodate you, holding the entire group back was not possible. We're sorry the experience didn't go as hoped, and we understand your disappointment.
