Itinerary
During a short hike through the forest, you have the opportunity to explore an intact ecosystem. Sure you will be impressed by the unique ambience of the rainforest. The Emerald Pool or also called ‘Sa Morakot’ is a unique natural pond with a visually limpid blue color and wonderfully warm waters, making it a stunning spot for swimming in. An abundance of minerals from the surrounding limestone hills gives the pool its jade tone. Nearby the Emerald Pool you'll find the Blue Lagoon, a beautiful pool with deep aquamarine-blue water. But don’t be tempted to take a dip in the lovely looking blue water, because unlike in the Emerald Pool you can’t swim here at all! The bottom consists of quicksand and the water temperature varies between 30 and 50 degrees Celcius. After visit to the Emerald Pool and Blue Lagoon we will stop for lunch at a local restaurant (approx. 1 hour - lunch is for own expenses). National Park fee THB 400 per person is not included and has to be paid cash.
Namtok Ron is located in a shady green forest area with numerous hot springs. The hot springs and cool streams converge on a slope to form lovely cascades of warm water. The water comes from volcanic chambers deep underground. Therefore the water always has a beneficial temperature of 35 to 42 degrees Celsius! You can relax in one of the many natural hollows in the creek and watch the water gently cascade into the cool pools. Hot Springs fee THB 200 per person is not included and has to be paid cash.
Set in a beautiful forest, Wat Tham Suea (Tiger Cave Temple) is one of the highlights in Krabi, for in addition to being a place of worship it is a famous meditation centre, and acts as a retreat for Buddhist monks and nuns from all over the world. You need to climb 1260 stairs to the top, with some of the stair risers being more than 30 cm high, so a degree of physical fitness is required to visit the temple. Once you make it to the top, you are rewarded with stunning views of the surrounding countryside with all the limestone cliffs and beautiful lush rain forest. The view is gorgeous enough to take away what remains of your breath!
Traveling time from/to Ao Nang and between the attractions during the tour.

Tour guide was fine, and destinations were good, but the tour is 9 hours not 6 as advertised. The budda is at the top of a mountain 1260 steps, and it's no easy task, bring sneakers, im in good shape and took many breaks, this tour is not for obese people. Hot waterfall springs was the best, stop 2 , buffet was just ok, but it was cheap, 150 baht, bring at least 2k baht for 2 people
Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the destinations and found the guide helpful. We also appreciate your comments regarding the tour duration and the climb to the Buddha viewpoint. We'll review the tour description to ensure that expectations regarding timing and physical activity are communicated as clearly as possible to future guests. It's great to know that you particularly enjoyed the hot springs, and thank you for sharing your practical tips with future travelers. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again on another adventure in Thailand.
Only two participants and the guide was quite passive It’s nice to go to these sights but I think timing couldn’t better planned eg climbing tiger cave mountain is a bad idea in the early afternoon when hot
We're sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with our guide. This behavior is unacceptable, and we apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort it may have caused. We have spoken with our guide and are taking steps to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
Amazing excursion to Emerald Pool, Hot Springs, and Tiger Cave Temple. Easy and on time pick up at the hotel. There were only 4 of us. 20 min drive to the first stop. Nice clean minivan with good AC. The hike to the Emerald Pool was beautiful and gratefully shady. Swimming in the clear water of the Blue Pool was heavenly refreshing. Quck lunch and 10 min drive to the Hot Springs. Interesting area, but it was too hot to get into the pools The Tiger Temple is gorgeous. There are 1160 stair steps to get to the top from Tiger Cave Temple. It's a long way up, but the view was worth it. Pouring rain saved us from being overheated. Highly recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 4-star review. We’re glad to know that you had a positive experience with us.
The tour was amazing! However I do wish we completed our tour in the opposite order. The water was amazing and the climb was hard but totally worth it!
Sawadee kha Robin, Thank you for your review. We’re glad to hear you found the tour amazing, though we must admit we were a bit surprised by the 3-star rating. We chose this order intentionally to avoid the largest crowds at the Emerald Pool and hot springs. That said, we appreciate your suggestion and will certainly keep it in mind. Thank you again for your feedback.
I wish the tour was done in opposite order, but it was a fantastic view. Bring water shoes because there are a lot of rocks!
Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear you had an enjoyable experience and we hope to see you back on one of our other tours.
Otto was the sweetest tour guide! He planned the day perfectly and we ended up beating a lot of the crowds because of how the tour was timed. Definitely required lots of physical effort but so worth it.
Sawadee kha Olivia, Thank you for your wonderful review. We are thrilled to hear you had a blast and we hope to see you again!
Very good contact with the organizer and pick up on time ⭐️ A great excursion with Otto as guide who was great (comments, availability and especially photographer!). Good advice we arrived at emerald pool with not too many people, great waterfalls as for the temple, just beautiful... I recommend this tour.

We had the most incredible day with Otto visiting the Emerald Pools Hot Springs and Tiger Cave Temple, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better guide! From start to finish, Otto was absolutely amazing. It was just the two of us on the tour, and he treated us like queens the entire time. He made everything feel relaxed, personal, and special. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and so attentive — always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying every moment. The Emerald Pools were beautiful and so refreshing, and visiting Tiger Cave Temple was an unforgettable experience. Otto shared great insights, helped us take photos, and made the whole day seamless and fun. If you’re thinking about booking a tour, don’t hesitate — Otto is the best! Thank you for such a perfect day we’ll always remember. 💛
