It is a scam. No one showed up. No one responded. I wrote to each of the contacts listed in the reservation, but no one responded.
Una disculpa. Nunca vi la notificación de Viator y por eso no respondí a tiempo. Me llama la atención el uso de la palabra “estafa”, sobre todo considerando que Viator procesará el reembolso correspondiente. Normalmente, en una estafa alguien pierde su dinero; aquí simplemente hubo una reserva que no se aprovechó. Lo más curioso es que el 24 de junio de 2026, a las 10:15 a. m., en Av. Fray Antonio Alcalde 225, un grupo de diez personas se presentó en el mismo punto y disfrutó exactamente del mismo recorrido. Parece que mi supuesto plan maestro de estafar clientes tuvo un pequeño inconveniente: ellos siguieron las instrucciones de la reserva y encontraron al grupo sin ningún problema. Lamento que no hayas podido unirte a la experiencia. Igual te podría estafar en tu próxima vista.
