The tour guide did not know English and we could not understand anything, his mike was turned off substantial amount of time, and his bike broke and we were standing in hot sun for 20 mins. Please do not take this tour
Our guide was very knowledgeable and took us to some lesser-know parts of Florence. He also taught us the history of the city which made the visit enriched by that knowledge. The only down-side was that the scooters were a bit tough to operate and took some getting used to since they didn't go immediately when the throttle was applied. Once we got the hang of our individual scooters, it was great. Such a lovely way to see the city!
We were a little worried about the electric scooters as we were asked to travel with a group of electric bikes. The firm were amazing and gave us the option to change to bikes which we did and the bikes were amazing. The traffic can be a little tricky but the whole experience was wonderful with a super guide.
The scooters have small diameter, bumpy on cobblestones!!! E bikes fat tires smoother ride. Tour was kept on time!
