Excellent service at the sauna, Mrs. Sara was super kind
The tour narrator was amazing sorry I don’t remember her name. We really enjoyed the information she shared!!
Good morning. We enjoyed the experience on Sunday, February 08 to Hotel Los Lagos and were delighted. The place is very well conditioned, lunch offers various options and has several pools for all tastes. In addition, the forest with animals gives a special touch to the visit. We were joined by Aurora, a wonderful guide, with extensive knowledge about plants and animals, and always willing to continue learning about new species. We also want to highlight Don Ronald for his excellent driving. Emilio, in charge of reservations, is always very attentive and responds with great agility to any queries. My husband and I have already traveled four times with the company, and each time they have exceeded our expectations. Thank you very much.
hard to explain how amazing thei trip was. to see the glacier up close and personnal was just the best trip ever. Hotel in El Calafate was a bit out of town, so plan a budget for a taxi service for the centeer of town.
The hotel Rochester is by the lake which makes you relax, and with free shuttle to downtown. The Moreno is great. The free day gives you option to choose another excursion.

Patagonia is gorgeous and the tour gets you up close to the glaciers. My disappointment was mainly the price. We went during off season (in June). Price for airfare, transport, and hotel added up to be the half the listed price on Viator.

Dear Maria, We are very sorry to hear about your disappointment. According to our company's policies, our rates are updated daily to be sure you get the best available price online or at destination - All our rates include local taxes and no surcharges are added later. We appreciate your comprehension and comments as it helps us improve the quality of our services. Kind regards.
Booked 2 night-3 day tour from Buenos Aires to El Calafate, including air, transfers, hotel and 1 full day boat tour and trails at Glacier Perito Moreno. Everything went smoothly. And transacting with Michelle was the easiest. Got snowed in at El Calafate and ended up staying an additional night. Tangol made all the arrangements - notified us that the flights were cancelled, rebooked the flight and rearranged all transfers. Excellent. Would definitely book with them again.

We were picked up and taken to the airport and hotel on time. The guide was friendly, extremely helpful, and informative. We have seen glaciers before but nothing like Perito Moreno, truly a wonder of nature. We choose to pack our lunch although there is a cafe at the Park because we wanted to spend more time seeing the glacier. There are walk ways that allow you to see different views of the glacier which are not strenuous and very doable. Although there are steep steps, there are alternative routes that can be taken. Because we had an extra day, we selected the Sailing Hiking and Off Road Patagonia Adventure to Estancia Cristina which was a nice complement to this tour.
