This is s disaster, useful informations we're not included in the package, for the customer to make an informed decision. Example we have to walk 30 to 40 minutes to get to the waterfall, we have to cross s creek, a fee of $25 per person is paid at the place, you provide your own lunch. Other site to visit has nothing to offer such as Sigatoka town. When I saw the itinerary in the private taxi, I canceled the tour and told the driver to take us to the gaming lounge at Namaka. I sent him home and to pick us up two hours later and took us back to the hotel. This tour is a rip off for me.
Yesterday my son and I had a private tour with Sonny from Iconic Tours Fiji, and we are so glad we didn't start driving ourselves! I thought I'd rent a car (because how hard can it be, right?), but on second thought I decided not to. With the idea of driving to the waterfall myself, I didn’t like it. Luckily we had Sonny! Sonny is not only an excellent driver, but also an incredibly friendly man with a wealth of knowledge about Fiji, its culture and local customs. He told everything with such enthusiasm that even my teenage son left his phone for what it was (and that says a lot!). What I particularly appreciated was how flexible and relaxed he was. If we wanted to stop somewhere for a photo or just look around, nothing was too much to ask. Iconic Tours Fiji is highly recommended if you want to explore the island in a relaxed, informative and above all fun way. They offer all kinds of services and do so with a smile. Friendly, helpful and with a sense of humour — just what you need on holiday.
Our day on the Coral Coast was magic, Sonny was a fantastic guide, he made sure we were enriched with Fijian culture and customs. We would recommend this tour 100%
