Boca is One of the oldest neighborhood from Buenos Aires. Driving by ushina art museum there's a lot of graffiti in the surroundings as we arrive, begining the tour at Boca Caminito a colorful outdoor museum since 1959, enjoy this beautiful area providing a perfect place made for tourist street tango dancers, souvenir stores, bar, restaurants and many kind of artist around.
San Telmo, one of the oldest and porteño neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, is home to the historic center with a very bohemian air, it is full of antique dealers, rustic meat restaurants, many street murals; on Sundays it is flooded with tourists and opens its famous flea market, a place that you definitely cannot miss.
It was created at the end of the 19th century given the need to create a port that would connect Buenos Aires with Europe, in the context of the rise of the agro-export model, which led the engineer Eduardo Madero to present his own project, to whom the neighborhood owes its name and The names of its streets pay tribute to great women in Argentine history. It also has a wide and multicultural gastronomy. It is one of the forty-eight neighborhoods in which the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA) is divided.
Barrio Montserrat located in the historic center of Buenos Aires. Among its most iconic sites is La Plaza de Mayo, the most important square in Buenos Aires, the founding square and where the Plaza de la Victoria and the Fuerte were unified. There is the Microcentro Porteño and several historical monuments: The Cabildo, the Casa Rosada, the Government Building of the City of Buenos Aires, the Central House of Banco de La Nación and AFIP. The Pirámide de Mayo was the first patriotic monument in the city and was built to celebrate the May Revolution and was located in the center of the square.

The important architectural complex Palacio de Los Tribunales is home to the Supreme Court and other minor courts.
Recoleta is an affluent area, known for its Paris-style townhouses, opulent old palaces, and luxury boutiques. we have the Recoleta Cementery one of the biggest necropolis city in the world.
A beautiful rose garden located in the middle of the city, surrounded by a totally pleasant environment for any type of activity from sports, walks and sightseeing.

We used Cesar and his team from Buenos Aires Tour VIP for several transfers from the airports in Buenos Aires to our hotels as well as having a half day guided tour of the city by Cesar himself. Everything worked perfectly on the airport transfers and Cesar kept us fully informed as to where to meet him and his team and who would be driving for us. The half day city tour was just OUTSTANDING! It was like being shown the city by a family friend and we were given insights and background into each of the areas and locations we were taken to. It was the perfect mix of being driven and being able to walk around the city without being rushed. Our city tour had to be rearranged due to the very late arrival of our inbound flight, but Cesar suggested two alternatives at the end of our stay in Argentina and nothing seemed to be too much of a problem for him. If you are planning on going to Buenos Aires you simply have to use Cesar and Buenos Aires Tour VIP!

We had an awesome day exploring Buenos Aires with **Cesar Zelaya**. He’s super friendly, easygoing, and incredibly knowledgeable. The tour felt relaxed and personal, like walking around the city with a local who genuinely loves sharing it. “Cesar” initially picked us up at the airport after an early arrival. We couldn’t check in at the hotel so a great way to explore first. We visited **La Boca**, saw **La Bombonera (Boca Juniors stadium)**, stopped at the beautiful **El Ateneo Grand Splendid bookstore**, explored **San Telmo Market**, and learned so much while visiting the **Metropolitan Cathedral** and the iconic pink **Casa Rosada**. We even sampled all the different types of empanadas at San Telmo Market for lunch, which was a fun and delicious highlight. Cesar shared great stories and history at every stop, along with helpful local tips we really appreciated. Getting around was easy and stress-free—the vehicle was very comfortable and could easily hold six people, making travel between stops smooth and enjoyable. Cesar was flexible with the pace, happy to answer questions, and kept the whole experience fun and engaging. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend! Great experience giving us a day tour of Buenos Aires, recommending places to eat, easy pick up, had umbrellas for the rain, and more. Even gave us a great recommendation for food to try in the town we were traveling to the next day. Whole family loved the experience.
Excellent tour with Cesar. I felt very comfortable from the start with excellent and frequent communication. When my flight times changed, it was no problem as Cesar tracked my flight. I even switched flight numbers last minute and still had a driver ready for my pick up when required. Spent my last day touring the city with lots of stops for walking any place I wanted. Cesar made sure I got the best viewing places and allowed as much or as little time at each place I wanted and still kept us on track for my next plane. He was polite and courteous, opening my door for me in busy traffic and making sure I had food and water. I saw an amazing amount of the city in a short time and had great explanations for everything I saw. Clean and comfortable transportation. I felt very safe and cared for like family.
Outstanding service and accompaniment. We packed a lot into the day, visiting everywhere, including a gorgeous 1900 cafe stop with pastries to die for. Have come away with great memories. Cesar is chatty, knowledgeable, efficient and a great host. Booking his services was definitely a top choice.
Cesar first picked 7 of us up at the airport and then took us to our hotel. Communication with him was excellent and he made sure there would be enough room for the 7 of us snd all of our luggage. The next day, we planned to do a full day tour with him including a lunchtime tango show. Cesar picked us up about 30 minutes late, but took us to all our agreed upon sites and stayed with us longer than originally planned. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Cesar even provided waters and umbrellas for us as it drizzled on and off that day. I could definitely recommend Cesar for your touring needs in Buenos Aires.
Cesar was the best guide we have ever had on a private tour. He was extremely knowledgeable with interesting facts and background info of the many local places we visited, was very accomodating and patient if we lingered to take countless photos, with a very warm and personable friendly personality. We had a fun and enjoyable 4 hour tour with Cesar.. We also had him organize our airport transfer ( pick up from EZE, transport to AEP) which was very efficiently arranged. Everything was smooth and worry-free. Highly recommend him and his team, will definitely use his services again next time I am in Buenos Aires.
