Our aim is to make your experience as seamless as possible! Choose Your Perfect Adventure Time: Morning Tour Enthusiasts: Cancun and Playa del Carmen Guests: Get ready to start your day with excitement! We'll pick you up between 8:00 to 8:30 AM. Together, we'll head out early and make our way to the park, arriving by 9:30 AM to begin our adventure. Tulum Guests: Your adventure starts a bit earlier. We'll pick you up between 7:00 to 8:00 AM, ensuring we arrive at the park by 9:30 AM to kickstart the day’s activities. Noon Tour Adventurers: Cancun and Playa del Carmen Guests: If you're more of a midday explorer, we'll be there to pick you up between 12:00 to 12:30 PM. It’s the perfect time to soak in the sun and enjoy the day. Tulum Guests: For those staying in Tulum, your pick-up window is between 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We aim to arrive at the park by 1:30 PM, just in time for an afternoon filled with excitement. Tailored to You: Pick-up times can vary based on where you're staying. But worry not! We'll personally reach out to you via email or text to confirm your exact pick-up details. Special Note for Tulum Guests: For those staying in Tulum hotels and Airbnbs, we’ve arranged a convenient meeting spot - the Super Aki Tulum Supermarket in downtown. It's easy to find and a great start to your journey. Please keep in mind your travel times for both pick-up and drop-off. Our goal is to ensure your adventure starts and ends smoothly, making your experience unforgettable.

We came as a couple for the 3 cenote day. We booked via Viator. We had been to cenotes the year before and really enjoyed them so decided to visit more this year. The transport was on time and friendly. One at the location we realised that this wasn't anything like the ones we went to last year. This felt like and overload to the senses at 9am loads blaring dance music, upsetting at every step. Once in the group the guides were lovely and the photographers throughout the day. Shout out to Daniel! He was lovely and his friend. And also to the tequila tasting guy you were so funny we loved trying all the tequila! The cenotes were lovely and refreshing and the ATV ride between them was fun. We felt like the main hub was just too much and full on. Once away from it we felt happier. Past cenotes we have visited were more about the culture and history with blessing ceremonies before going for a swim. With locals cooking the food there and selling handmade crafts. This place felt very commercialised and forced to up sell.
The three cenotes we visited were absolutely beautiful. Water was so fresh and hit the spot on a hot day. I also liked the “off roading” we did on the safari bus to get to the cenotes. Our guide Luis was awesome. The food after the tour was good. Our driver Jorge was also excellent! Pick up was a bit late but that was because the drivers first spot was a no-show.
This was a very good experience. Not too much transportation time from Playacar, and a nice mix of active time and brief cultural discussion.
