Awful experience and now struggling to get a refund which I would have expected to come with an apology. Spent a long time researching a dinner in the desert without sand bashing as we were travelling with two infants (1 and 2). Booked this as it said it was suitable and placed an order for six people including the two under 3s which were free of charge. When the transport arrived there were only four seats for the six of us and no baby seats (or space for them) they said small children had to sit on adults knees, which we checked and is illegal as under 4s need to be in specialist child seats. The driver also said the trip included 45 minutes dune bashing, which the description said it didn’t, we said it wasn’t safe for us to travel on a motorway without baby seats and they said there was no other option, so we didn’t go and requested a refund which has so far been refused as they said we selected ‘shared transport’ which we did, but we expected all six of us to have a safe seat in the vehicle for travelling on public motorways, do not recommend, especially with children.
What a fantastic trip. The guide was so nice! Very considerate! Spoke excellent english and was very funny. We travelled with our 4 month old daughter and he was very accommodating. We did the ride on the sand dunes, which was really fun. And our guide was also a fantastic photographer , so we have some great photos. We highly recommended it as it was a very memorable experience :)

We had our tour organized by a very great tour company. We would like to thank the guides and drivers that escorted us in and out of the desert. Moreover, we are pleased to announce that our experience in the desert was amazing. We had our dinner in the desert and it was amazingly delicious. The food was perfectly cooked and the environment was lively, which made us enjoy the food even more.
we had an absolutely fantastic time on this tour. Driving through the sand dunes with our very experienced guide as a lot of fun, a little scary but our guide knew exactly what he was doing. The camel ride and the dinner in the dessert was brilliant, along with the entertainment. Don't leave this off your list, very reasonable price for how much you get. We really enjoyed the professional services of Arabian Tours. Our guide was so open to questions and he was able to answer everything.
