Do not recommend

I don’t recommend this particular Paddywagon tour. The bus was late coming from Cork. It was a different coach than expected. The seats were very cramped, you couldn’t see outside of both sides, I had to stand to see the views, there wasn’t WiFi or USB ports as advertised. I couldn’t take pictures from the coach because the seats were so close, all I got were people’s heads, them taking pictures and the advertising at the top of the bus windows. Our driver, Igor, was very concerned about time. He let us off for 2 stops along slea drive and gave us “7-10 minutes to stop, take pictures and make memories”. He’s then honk at us to return. We had no time to enjoy views. I couldn’t enjoy the view of the drive since I was on the opposite side of the bus. The driver also took time to point out a home with a Palestine flag and talked about how expensive things are due to the Ukraine and Russia war. None of that was necessary. It wasn't at all related to the tour, Irish history or anything. It was not necessary. The guide and awful coach just ruined this entire experience. It was the worst tour I’ve ever booked. It was a waste of a day and money.

The weather wasn't great but our driver was. Very informative and the views at the stop were exceptional. We highly recommend the tour vs driving ourselves.

Thank goodness for the views

The views make this trip worth the money. Our tour operator didn't provide much of a narrative and played US country music from Dingle to Killarney. I hear enough of that, what about some Irish music when in Ireland. The bus driver was a bit crude and I did not appreciate the horn honking to get everyone back. Other tours (different operators) have gone smoothly by telling us to be back at a certain time and not "come back when you hear the horn". Not my favorite tour.

More jokes told than history given

The views were spectacular. Unfortunately, our guide could have done a better job. He had minimal commentary during our drives and mostly told jokes. When we arrived at the famous medieval beehives, he didn't even mention them. He only spoke about the option to feed a lamb at the site. He didn't seem to know a lot of the history of the area. He referenced various points that our bus driver mentioned to him. The tour description stated we'd be dropped off at the same location as our pickup spot. This didn't happen. We were dropped off several blocks away. Fortunately, we were able to figure out where we were and were able to walk back. However, a more disabled or elderly person might have had more difficulties.

Terrible. A transistor bus gives you more

Terrible trip. Got maybe 20 minutes of commentary on entire trip and that was only stuff like , look at all the pretty views. Went by Unesco world sites with no mention. Blared West Virginia almost heaven on Slea Drive. Come on. Will never go on Paddywagan again Sent from my iPhone

Your views fine but overall experience average

Views were fantastic and stops. Bus was a bit cramped and since we were last to get picked up only seats left were in very back. Bumpy and a little bus sickness… We were given a refund because they overbooked and two of our 8 got bumped.
