Museums are too far apart in distance too much of the day spent in transit in cabs and Ubers. The time of day lent to high traffic in both directions
Dear Tina, Thank you very much for sharing your feedback and I’m truly sorry that the transit time felt longer than expected. Under normal conditions, the ride between the Anahuacalli Museum and the Diego Rivera Studio takes approximately 20 minutes. However, your tour took place on October 31, when the city was already preparing for the Día de los Muertos parade, and some streets/avenues were temporarily closed, which unfortunately extended the driving time that day. We always try to make the most of any transit time providing context, historical information and additional explanations so our guests continue experiencing the storyline of the tour and don’t simply “lose time in transit.” Your feedback is very valuable and we will continue working on adapting routes when there are large city events. Thank you again for joining us and despite the traffic, I sincerely hope the museums, the collections and the cultural experience were meaningful for you. Warm regards, Anastasiya City Art Tours Mexico

Dear Dusan, We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience you experienced during your recent tour. Our guide Neene arrived on time at the designated meeting point at the Diego Rivera Studio. We understand that there was a mix-up, leading to your group mistakenly going to the Anahuacalli Museum. Despite this unexpected change, we made efforts to accommodate the tour at the new location. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction and the challenges faced. Your feedback is crucial to us, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. If there's anything specific you would like us to address or if you have further details about your encounter, please feel free to share them. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Best regards, Anastasiya
