All the staff was very helpful and friendly. My granddaughter loved the ziplines.
The eco park was a wonderful experience for our 6 adults and 10 month old - the zipline, especially the Superman, is incredible and so well run (IE not waiting 20 30 mins on platforms for the ride) - they offer shuttles between the attraction reception parking lot which was VERY nice - The animals are beautiful and appear very well cared for - we had both Spanish and English speaking guides in each area to tell us about the animals and answer questions The lunch buffet pretty much put any US buffet to shame - wide variety of options and everything was so tasty!!! Cheese pizza was killer - fajitas, roasted chicken and so much more. Highly recommend!
Incredible experience for ziplining. The lunch is a continental buffet, so it is very good but not surprising. The animal sanctuary was acceptable; it remains a zoo. The beach was perfect in a small cove, the waves were not too big, and we stayed almost 1 hour and 30 minutes alone, as a family. Overall, a beautiful experience.
Our family of 7 had a fantastic day! The staff was so kind and helpful from check in to the zip line to sharing knowledge about the animals. There was something for everyone and every age. Our group spanned from 69- 11 years old. The cultural experience about coffee and chocolate was very informative with amazing tastings. The zip line, specifically the Superman portion was an experience I won’t forget! If we are ever back in Guanacaste area I would absolutely come here again. The value for the cost was priceless!
Excellent. All activities were great and enjoyed by family members.
Went for the animal viewing only. It was one of the best I’ve ever seen. The enclosures were not only impressive but allowed for the best viewing angles. The kids loved it.
Had a great time, we all loved the ziplines. Loved talking to the staff about the animals and their rescues. The culture tour was awesome.
Diamante was an amazing experience! We spent most of the day there. We saw the sloths getting fed (so cute) and the jaguars coming into their habitat (majestic). I loved the big cats and the snakes the most. I think the coolest thing about Diamante is how closely you can observe the animals. The majority of the enclosures are glass, which makes for excellent viewing. The jaguars were so close I could see their whiskers. And the sloths were just hanging out right in front of us. We had a great buffet lunch at the top of the park and enjoyed great food alongside sweeping vistas.
My wife and I visited with our three adult children. We started the Day at 11 o’clock with the five zip lining runs. The workers on the zip lining adventure were all very pleasant and helpful which made the experience even better. Can’t put into words how great the Superman run is. Really enjoyed walking through the animal sanctuary and botanical garden. The buffet lunch that was provided was a nice way to break up the Day. Took the short walk to the beach and hung out in the hammocks for a little while. We finished up around 4:00. I would definitely recommend this Park.
We enjoyed our day, I almost did not do the zip line and wanted to tap out on the Superman one, but when I saw others do it and how well strapped in everyone was I found the courage. I am glad I did, it was a blast and a lot less scary that I expected. The animal sanctuary was great, the sloth feeding was awesome and Gustavo in the frog how was wonderful, helped us find all the frogs and explained about all of them. We went to the cultural experience and really enjoyed the coffee, sugar cane and chocolate histories. I don't remember the names of the two who explained that part, but they were funny and great, especially with the kids who were there. All in all a great experience, all of the staff was helpful, informative and extremely nice.
