Description

Here’s an infinity pool like no other! One of the most astounding natural pools to be found anywhere, Devil’s Pool has a reputation for attracting thrill-seekers from the far corners of the earth. It offers daring swimmers the chance to experience the ultimate delight: peering over the brim of the largest curtain of falling water in the world. Just a short swim from Livingstone Island, Devil’s Pool is thrilling but completely safe. Guided tours to Livingstone Island have a 100% safety record and our guides will be with you at all times to offer a hand, share fun facts, or simply take photographic evidence to bring home to the family. Devil's Pool is open during the drier months of the year, usually between mid August and mid January, when the Zambezi water levels are low enough for swimmers to take the plunge. On the other months you can bath in Angels Armchair which is a pool close to Devils Pool and also on the edge of the falls. Breakfast on the island is included.

Exhilarating!

Absolutely incredible experience, couldn’t recommend this enough! We did the breakfast tour. Water shoes would be ideal, but it wasn’t the end of the world without them!

Devils Pool

On 9/9/2019 we went to Devils Pool. Totally awesome and definitely worth every penny! We stayed at Victoria Falls Hotel in Zimbabwe and Devils Pool is on the Zambia side of the falls. After you make your reservation, and upon arrival into Victoria Falls, make sure to get a Kaza Visa which allows you to cross into Zambia and back to Zimbabwe. Our pick up was at Kingdom Hotel on the Zimbabwe side and was $15 per person round trip (cash). DON’T FORGET YOUR PASSPORT. The drivers walked us through customs on both sides and were very knowledgeable. Towels are provided, there is a changing area, and also a storage locker for valuables. Bring your swim suit and wear water type shoes/tennis shoes that you don’t mind getting wet since it is rocky walk. (Some do it bare footed—not the best idea).
