You will be cruising to Crab Island and surrounding areas in comfort and safety with a captain on a massive 30'x10' (300 Sq Ft plus top deck) Catamaran-style Huka TIKI Themed Pontoon boat with amazing amount of room on board, lots of floating toys, a giat loud speaker for music, plus a large propane grill for your grilling pleasure. While some boats struggle with safety issues of weight limits with the amount of gear and passengers on board, this pontoon is rated for 4000 lbs. Enjoy the comforts of two extra large ladders for easy in and out of the water.

Captain Allan was friendly and did an amazing job to make sure we had a great experience! He also got us an amazing spot on crab island where we had space to swim around and play with the kids, but also close enough to visit some of the restaurants and stores floating around. Slides were super fun! Will definitely book again next time we are in Destin! Highly recommend!

Our booking was a DISASTER. We had our excursion booked a week in advance, stayed extra days in Florida, booked an extra hotel just to go on this boat on Monday that was already paid for. We get there early and board the boat, and absolutely nobody is there. We start asking questions and nobody knows anything. Finally we find out that the captain cancelled our trip the day of and didn’t reach out or even try to contact anyone on the account that we registered with. So since it was already well past our scheduled time we didn’t have the chance to try to find a new captain or anything. It was too late in the day for anyone to even take us out. Everyone else was booked and couldn’t fit us in, so we went back to the hotel and didn’t get to do anything. BEYOND disappointing, and could have absolutely been avoided had they just had the common decency to reach out to us or let us know something. It’s entirely unprofessional to cancel day of for any reason, and we unfortunately got screwed. We are from Texas and drove a really long way to do this trip. We spent extra money, stayed and paid for extra days, and had our kids with us who were just looking forward to having fun. Literally to do nothing but sit inside a hotel on the day we were supposed to have the most fun. We are STILL waiting for an explanation, and have yet to receive one. We have called them so many times, and nobody will answer. Have reached out via Facebook, their personal website, and even TripAdvisor was appalled and can’t get in touch with them. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. 0 out of 10 stars. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for any reason.
I am sorry you and your family had this bad experience. You incorrectly booked the "solo" trip for $199 "per person" and simply listed that you had six people, so you were not charged for six—only one. The private charter for up to six passengers for $549 was the one you should have booked. After realizing that you booked incorrectly, Trip Advisor cancelled the trip and emailed you at the email you provided them. I know it's nice to get away from checking emails while on vacation, but sometimes it can help avoid last minute disappointments like this.
Felt safe. Ice was provided in the cooler which was great. The captain was kind and informative and when we saw dolphins he tried to get us closer to them.

Allan our captain was amazing! He provided us with floats , paddle board and other cool stuff! The boat has a grill and a slide which we enjoyed, will definitely come back again!!
