We will pick you up at the hotel lobby. Just free free to let us know in advance shall you need a change in the timing of your booking. Important: In the event that you did not hear from us the day before your travel date, please do contact us @ +65 8787 9876. Note: For pick up from cruise centre to airport, do select the Arrival Transfer and indicate your drop off location at Changi Airport. This service is only for departure from the hotel to Cruise Centre or Airport. Thank you.

Allan gave us exceptional service. He is such a happy person and he went above and beyond to help us when dropping us at the airport. He even came into the airport to the checkin desk to help us with our luggage. He was a great help to our family!

The airport transfer from our hotel to the airport was in a very nice van with a friendly driver and it was fast and efficient. Minor hiccup when the original driver was going to be 15+ minutes late. They notified me and they were able to find another driver who was only 2 minutes late but it did add a little extra stress to the transfer.
