The wealthiest and elite of the city used to reside on Millionaires Row, and it appears that many of them prefer to do so even after passing away. Meet the group, and your guide in front of Pub on Penn. Grab a drink and hear the spooky stories about Millionaires Row. We spend about 15 minutes here before heading to our next destination.

Explore the history of Cheesman Park and why it's so haunted, at the house once owned by its namesake, Walter Scott Cheesman, here at the Dunning Benedict House
One of the most haunted homes on the tour, you can hear about the unsettling encounters people have had here at the Croke-Patterson-Campbell House.
Hear stories of encounters with disgruntled, ghostly workers from days gone by at the Sheedy Mansion.
Explore the tales of the many spirits who still linger in this historic home. When Whitehead first moved in, the strange occurrences started happening in the house. Our guide will pass on the spookiest stories of first person encounters and the dark reasons behind the houses hauntings.
Out of place amongst the many mansions in the area, the Cottage House was one of many cottages at one time. The main spirit here is thought to be a woman named Madge. Hear her story.

I enjoyed our tour guide Isabella, but for me the pub crawl portion of it, really threw an unneeded pause into the tour. I really should have just signed up for the ghost tour only option. But I did pick up a few interesting historical tidbits along the walk!

The tour wasn't welcome at the first place we went and got kicked out? Also, you just stand around outside of buildings while the guide kind of goes over a history lesson. Not worth the money.

Such a cool time with a great group. You start off at a bar with good drinks, then begin the walking tour where the hosts really give you the history of the haunted mansions of Denver. Super interesting details and such a cool tour, not to mention the bars that you stop in. Would definitely recommend!

If you are looking for a weekday activity, this tour is a good option. Tour guide was professional. It’s not a big group. If you are expecting more crowded group and more spots, you should check the other options

The bars didn’t know we were coming and had never heard of the tour. The worst part, our guide stiffed us with her tab at the last stop.
