The now demolished Henry Treat Rogers Mansion once stood here and you'll kick off you evening hearing about the chilling real-life experiences of Russell Hunter, who went on to write the screenplay for the Hollywood horror classic, the Changeling, based on the paranormal, and sometimes terrifying, activity he experiences while living here.
See firsthand the graveyard turned park that inspired a classic Hollywood horror movie and hear the stories of some of the souls still buried here. This tour is the only Denver ghost tour that takes you to Cheesman Park and the only tour that takes you to the location of the demolished Henry Treat Rogers mansion and we think you'll agree: they're both two must-see, can't miss spots for anyone who comes to Denver interested in the seeing and hearing about the Mile high City's darker side.

The gorgeous and commanding Dunning Benedict House is a beautiful example of Romanesque Revival architecture, but underneath that beauty lies the death of Walter Cheesman (for whom Cheesman Park was named), unexplainable events, and some mischievous spirits. Eileen was the best! The other person on the tour canceled, and Eileen hosted the tour just for me! I learned so much about some dubious Denver history and the tragic current after effects. (I won’t ruin it for you!) I really enjoyed the neighborhood tour. Whether you believe in spirits or not, you will enjoy this tour.

I'm a fan of walking tours and I greatly enjoyed the ghost tour with Mischa!! She's a great storyteller that nailed all the tour stories to perfection. This was my first tour since 2019 and I was greatly surprised by the experience. This was my first night ghost tour and I loved it! Tour is totally worth it because Mischa knows her stories!
Spooky fun on Halloween weekend! Chloe was a great guide with a fun sense of humor and a knack for storytelling. I learned a lot about the dark side of Cap Hill and many of its most noteworthy historic buildings.

This tour was a perfect way to spend an October evening to get ready for Halloween! I had some friends in town and we all loved the tour. This haunted tour was the best one that I did on my trip and I did three while in Denver. Chloe was amazing, her enthusiasm while telling the stories was nothing short but awesome. I only wish it was longer than two hours, cause I could have listened to her and the stories all night long
