we had a fantastic guide Eva... she knows the places very well.. being a senior with mild knee issue.. i did not feel pressure from her .. she didn’t rush us.. “take your time, you’re with me” .. it’s like you’re with a family member.. if we have to do it again., we will have it with Eva.
Rip-off. You can easily do all of this alone. The explanations given by the guide are laughable compared what you know after spending a few minutes on the internet.
James Yuen Kwok Hung, our guide, was great. He went out of his way to accommodate is. He even took our pictures on his phone and immediately sent them to me on WhatsApp.
thanks
Very good private night tour with our guide Eva. The views everywhere you go in Hong Kong at night are fantastic with buildings lights. The light show at 20:00 is a must be seen, we really appreciated. Once more thank you very much to our guide Eva who takes really good care of us all and thank you for all the photos of us she takes and sent to me by WhatsApp.
Thanks for taking service from us
I booked a tour with them and wanted to arrange the meeting point, as stated in the booking. I sent them a WhatsApp message on the only number available and they didn't answer. Bad service!
we have stated the meeting point on viator and we have informed the customer also on viator chat we are unble to pick the hotel name not mentioned on viator and also customer not experience our service
Eva, our guide, was great. We are an older group of travelers, one of which (me) was dealing with a recent back injury. Eva adjusted the pace to match our comfort level and was always on the lookout for a place for me to sit and rest my back. The tour was just what we were looking for - we got to visit the Peak, ride the tram, stop for a short bite to eat, finishing up with a ferry ride to Kowloon and the light show in the harbor. We thoroughly enjoyed it. All the while, Eva was taking pictures of our group and forwarding them to my phone, so that everyone could be in all the pictures. Our driver was also very skilled and the car was immaculate. Definitely recommend.
Thanks for taking service from us
This is a nice intro to Hong Kong. The tram ride and ferry ride were the highlights and we enjoyed the laser show at the end. We could have done without the visit to Bauhinia square and avenue of the stars. Our guide Eva was very nice and patient with our family. Our driver was also extremely courteous and always around the corner when we needed him. I would say pass on this Tour if you want a more in-depth look into the hidden gems of Hong Kong. However if you want to see the highlight reel and avoid taking public transportation, this is the tour for you.
Thanks a lot
We took the Deluxe Hong Kong City Tour using Mercedes-Benz V-Class Car+ Guide. This was one of the best travel decisions that I ever made. It was a 5 hour guided night tour for 5 people that included a tour guide and driver in a really nice vehicle. Eva (a great tour guide) had it planned perfectly to arrive at each stop at the best time to see the sight. She rates as one of the best tour guides we have ever had. She has a firm grasp of how to most efficiently get us to the front of lines and have the most time seeing the sights. The driver was also great. He left us off as close to each venue as possible and was back to pick us up when we were ready to move on. If we did it on our own, it would have likely taken 2 days and a lot of anxiety to get from pace to place. Ask for Eva as the tour guide. Highly recommended.
Thanks a lot for taking service from us
I thought it was only an English Guide, but it was very nice to have a Japanese speaking Authority explain it in a very easy way.
