I wish they would have told us that the weather was too bad for snorkeling before we got on the boat. I would have opted to not go. We felt like hostages the rest of the day. The lunch place was ok. Then the place we stopped for the beach was one big tourist trap. So many people! So freaking crowded. The boat staff was nice and kept everyone with a drink. My biggest issue is we stopped to just get in the water for a minute…when I was getting back on the boat, no staff there to help. I slipped and fell twice. No one ever offered to assist on the slippery area. The transportation to and from our hotel was spot on time and very courteous.
This tour was the highlight of our trip! The boat was clean and spacious, and the staff kept the energy up without being overwhelming. Snorkeling was a nice bonus, and we loved having free time on Isla Mujeres to walk around and grab photos. Everything ran on time, and transportation from our resort was seamless. Would definitely do it again.
We can't talk about luxury The boat was small and there were many of us sitting glued to each other. The boat ride was good (the staff was really great) but the rest was frankly unpleasant. The “beachclub” and not impressive and the food is frankly not good and isla mujeres (at least where they dropped us for 2 h) it is a tourist trap a crowded street of souvenir shop quinse all look like with insistent sellers The driver who picked us up was 20 minutes late and whoever brought us back didn't know where he was going. In short it was not crazy!
Great boat ride and even amazing transportation service round trip all in one. I would definitely book again the host and experience was well worth the cost.
We did this deluxe catamaran to isla mujeres from costa Mujeres and it was such an easy, relaxing day. The crew was friendly and everything felt well organized, so we could just enjoy the ride and the views. On the island, we had enough time to walk around, take photos, and do our own thing without feeling rushed. A really nice option if you want something comfortable and a bit more special as a couple 🤗.
We loved this activity. Beautiful snorkeling experience and the crew of the boat was vrmt kind and attentive to us. First stop on the Isla mujures for dinner super nice experience. Possibility to pet a small shark and take pictures with it. The only negative is that we did not have much time for the 2nd stop on the Isla Mujures in the city center. Barely 1h which leaves us no time to explore and visited. This activity should have had a time of 10h had only about 6h. In addition, we had to pay a fee of about US$70 per person arrived at the marina when we had already paid for the activity of the same amount. Otherwise nice experience!
